Payment Conditions:

On receipt of the ISW 2028 invoice the following payment deadlines apply:

▪ 50% of the total fee amount as a deposit within 30 days of receipt

▪ 100% of the total fee amount is due by xxx.

▪ For bookings made after xxx, immediate payment of the total fee is due. 

Cancellation Policy: 

▪ Please note that there is a 100% cancellation fee policy regardless of the cancellation date.

 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

▪ Cancellation clauses apply whether payment has been received or not.

▪ Bookings made are binding.

▪ Cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged as follows

Note:

ISW 2028 is planned as a face-to-face meeting in Cape Town. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise, the organising committee may be obliged to convert the Congress to a hybrid or web-based format. Should this be the case, all benefits of our industry sponsors and exhibitors will be adapted accordingly. They will retain the same participation level and be assured of equivalent exposure.
