CTICC does not accept or hold any parcels. Please ensure that your delivery arrives during build up days and you are available to receive your own delivery. Alternatively, please refer to the below information for Exhibition Freighting.
Ensure that the back and sides of the booth are white in colour, neat and clean with no exposed wires or branding on the outside of the walls.
Not all booths are custom or shell scheme stands, some might be banners only.
Please ensure you look at the floor plan to familiarise yourself with where your booth is backing onto i.e. other booths, aisles or open spaces.
Exhibitors need to arrange all custom requirements independently.
Insurance:
Exhibitors are urged to ensure adequate insurance cover is in place for all materials/equipment used.
The venue, organisers and sub-contractors may not be held liable for any damages or losses that may occur.
